Janet has broad corporate and consulting experience in the fields of human resources, cultural change and business transformation for global and Australian organizations across financial and professional services, property and infrastructure industries, government services and not for profit sectors.
Janet brings a depth of experience from the corporate world and is now leveraging that to support mental health and wellbeing of youth via Ripple Learning.
She has previous board experience with a community base preschool in Sydney and is a regular volunteer at Landcare on in the Shoalhaven.
Janet has an Executive Coaching Professional Development Certificate from the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology.
